You probably have dozens of questions for our experts, and we're happy to answer all of them over the phone or in person. But in our 20+ years of experience, we've found that people tend to have very similar questions.
Q: How far in advance should I make my reservation?A: For large events, we recommend you finalize your rental order approximately three to six months in advance of your event date. This will ensure that you have everything you need for the event, and will also leave you time to modify your order if your rental needs change.
Q: When is payment due?A: Unless you or your company has a pre-approved account with Arlington Rental, we ask that all payments and deposits be made in advance according to the rental agreement.
Q: Is delivery and pick up included?A: The rate you are quoted includes delivery and pick up during normal delivery hours. After hours delivery/pick up is available for an additional fee. Set up and take down is also available at an additional charge.
Q: Do I need to clean dinnerware and serving pieces before returning?A: We ask that any flatware, glassware, china, and serving pieces are cleaned and repacked in the boxes or containers in which they were delivered. A reasonable cleaning fee will be assessed for any equipment or pieces that are returned dirty.
