ARLINGTON RENTAL
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TERMS- Prices apply to a one-day use. Special rates for longer rental are quoted on request. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

DELIVERY/PICK UP- Delivery and pick up is available from Arlington Rental. The rate quoted covers delivery to and pick up from garage, backyard patio area only, during normal daytime delivery hours. An additional fee will apply to after hours delivery and or pick up and all special delivery situations. Arrangement for special situations must be made in advance.

For pick- up please stack all equipment in one location; backyard, patio, deck or driveway. We will telephone customer during week of event to provide delivery date and a four hour window delivery time. Equipment set — up and take-down is available at extra charge. For pick-ups , all equipment must be stacked and packed as delivered.

PRICING- Rental charges must be paid in advance if equipment is being delivered by Arlington Rental.

SECURITY DEPOSITS- A security deposit is required for all required rented items. A Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover Card will be accepted to confirm the reservation and act as security deposit during rental period.

FOOD SERVICE ITEMS- Food services items are machine-washed and packaged by Arlington Rental prior to rental. Items must be washed by customer before return and repackage in containers provided. A cleaning charge will be assessed for all items not returned clean.. Pick up time after 9:00 am. and return the following morning by 9:00 a.m.

GAMES- Pick up time after 9:00 am. and return the following morning by 9:00 a.m.

LINEN SERVICE- Rental prices apply to one usage. Rates for longer use will be charged additional. No credits or refunds for any unused linens. Customer is responsible for replacement charges. Customer ordering linen assumes all risk of loss or damage to linen from any cause what so ever. In the event linen is not returned , or is returned in a torn, mildewed or otherwise damaged condition, customer ordering linen will be charged full replacement cost in addition to rental charge and same be due and payable upon return. Please return clips and hangers or you will be charged for missing items.

EQUIPMENT LOSS OR DAMAGE- Lost, broken, chipped or damaged equipment will be charged for at time of return. If item is repairable, our standard labor and parts rates will determine amount charged. Security deposit will be retained until loss/damage charges are paid.
